Okay, so, we had to go to careermash.ca and find a career that best suits us and interests us. I'm not too fond of the technological range of jobs but ta-da, I have successfully found myself a career that I think is quite interesting . I chose a game designer. I chose this career because I'm indecisive and couldn't really decide which one to pick. I also chose it because I'm really interested in art and I know that game design would require art skills.
A game designer must be able to create a game that will capture a player's attention. Genres of games vary from a rated G family game to an M for matured first person shooting game. A lot of thought has to be put into creating a game such as the plot, the characters, the settings, the scoring levels, etc. Even through recession, this area of industry has stayed strong despite the negativity throughout the economy.
There are certain requirements a game designer must have to be favourable. A game designer needs to be accepting and open to new ideas and critism, needs to have artistic skills, and can cope and work well under pressure, just to name a few.
There are many paths one could choose to take if they are interested in becoming a game designer. Here are specific educational requirements: You would need your mathematics to be calculus level but you could also take analytic geometry. You must take classes on 3-D, 2-D, and even 4-D animating. You'd need to know computer programming languages such as C++. Other requirements in education include storyboarding and computer simulation.

When the game company, Nintendo, began to branch out, he assisted in designing the company's very first original coin using Arcade game called Sheriff. He had plenty of ideas and concepts but he was most interested in his idea about a love triangle that included an ape. The ape was influenced by King Kong (1933).
